TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

1.1. Eidul FitRun 2025 is a virtual running event open to participants of all fitness levels.
1.2. By registering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Open to all individuals regardless of nationality.
2.2. Participants under 18 must obtain consent from a parent/guardian.

3. CATEGORIES & ENTITLEMENTS

3.1. Participants can choose from the following categories:

5KM - Full Kit: Run + Event Medal + Event Jersey @ Jersey Kit: Run + Event Jersey Only.
10KM - Full Kit: Run + Event Medal + Event Jersey @ Jersey Kit: Run + Event Jersey Only.
21KM - Full Kit: Run + Event Medal + Event Jersey @ Jersey Kit: Run + Event Jersey Only.

3.2. All registered participants are entitled to receive the event package, regardless of whether they complete the run. Participants who fail to complete or do not start their run will still receive their package; however:

The items may vary from those who successfully complete the event.
Medals are not guaranteed, as priority will be given to those who successfully complete their respective distances medals will only be provided if stock is available.
Delivery for non-completers will be scheduled after the event ends and will be the last batch to be shipped (starting 1st June 2025).

4. RUN SUBMISSION & VALIDATION

4.1. Runs must be tracked using any GPS-based running app or smartwatch.
4.2. Participants must submit their results within the given timeframe.

4.3. Only running, jogging, walking and treadmill run activities are counted.
4.4. Any suspected fraudulent activities (e.g., using vehicles, fake GPS tracking) submissions will automatically be rejected.

5. PARTICIPATION PERIOD

5.1. The event will run from 11th of April 2025 to 16th May 2025 (37 days).
5.2. Participants can complete their runs anytime within the event period.

6. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1. Registration fees are cancellable within 48 hours of working days only.

6.2. Request for cancellation or refund can only be made by directly emailing admin@eidulfitrun.com.

6.3. Defected purchased items are not returnable, however, participant is entitled for full monetary refund.

6.4. Refund will be made within 1-2 weeks after cancellation.
6.5. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event under unforeseen circumstances and all purchases that have been made will be fully refunded.

7. LIABILITY & SAFETY

7.1. Participants join at their own risk; the organizer is not liable for any injuries or losses.
7.2. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are fit for the run, their health conditions, running times and locations. Participants are advised to refer to their health advisors before taking part in this virtual run challenge.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. Participants' information such as name, address and contact information will be strictly used for event purpose only.
